The Florence Nightingale Agency is a progressive and innovative provider of in-home care to people who are unable to support themselves. Based in Christchurch, with teams in Nelson, Marlborough, Otago and Southland, we provide well-trained carers to ensure only the best of service and care is given.
We offer a wide range of in-home care from short term help through to long term 24 hour care for people with serious injuries.
For more than twenty years, the Florence Nightingale Agency has been working with ACC, MoH and private clients and has developed a strong rapport with Families and Whanau, MoH and ACC Managers, Occupational Therapists and other Health Professionals.
Because we are passionate about the care of others, we are committed to delivering quality at all levels. All of our Support Workers are experienced and devoted to providing the best possible care to all our clients.

Service Description
| The Florence Nightingale Agency provides home support services for people in their own homes. With a team of over 450 trained Support workers who make hundreds of visits to city homes each week, the agency is committed to “Putting Heart into Community Care”. The Company as a whole is committed to providing quality at all levels of care. Our goal is to have a Support worker in the home within 24 hours of receiving a referral. Over the past 23 years Florence Nightingale Agency has been working with ACC, Ministry of Health and private clients. |
