Footprint, founded in 2018, is New Zealand’s largest online Will provider. We come from a long line of industry experts and partner with one of New Zealand’s oldest (over 135 years) and credible trustee companies, Perpetual Guardian.
Footprint is on a mission to raise awareness about the importance and relevance of getting a Will in place and aim to make it more accessible and affordable to all New Zealanders. We want to influence a behavior change that results in more people taking positive action when it comes to looking after the people they care about.
What is a Will?
A Will is a set of instructions you leave behind to guide your loved ones on what should happen to your assets after you pass away. It helps protect your family from a stressful, costly, and time-consuming estate administration process, and ensures that your intentions are clearly understood.
Through your Will, you can decide who receives your stuff and how you would like your assets distributed. You can even express your funeral wishes and leave a bequest to a charity close to your heart if you choose to.
