"For our mum and the rest of the family, the move to Milton Court was the best move for mum at this time of her life. "

"The care received from all staff is of a high standard and there are many activities available and our Mum is able to choose something to do most days of the week. The environment is lovely, very "home" based, and the cleanliness superb. I could not have asked for a better home for our mum- she is extremely well cared for and settled."

"The family have always been made welcome at any time of the day and appreciate being able to visit mum whenever we are able. The staff are always approachable and willing to discuss any concerns we have."

"The most outstanding feeling that I get from the staff is that they genuinely like my mother and seem unfuffled by some of her demands that could be difficult.... Keeping me informed about what is going on in her life is important and this keeps me up to date.... Without hesitation, I can fully commend the staff at Milton Court and I appreciate it immensely"

"The care that my mum receives is first class. I cannot praise it enough. The staff are all great and its like one big happy family...I would have no hesitation in recommending Milton Court"

NEW SISTER rest home

Bethany Hill dementia care

We are proud to introduce our new sister dementia care facility, Bethany Hill Dementia Care.

Bethany Hill is a 30-bed specialist dementia care rest home which provides a protected living environment for people who are affected by dementia and related disorders. We provide long term residential care, respite care, day care and care for under 65 with disability. We are set in a peaceful rural setting with magnificent southern views over Whangateau Harbour and Omaha Bay and beautiful native bushes and hills on our north and west boundaries. Our residents can enjoy watching the chickens and guinea fowls fossicking in the courtyard. Along the way, there are raised garden beds so residents can actively participate in gardening. The design maximises indoor-outdoor flow, with residents free to wander safely through the park-like surroundings without feeling confined. There are farm animals in the neighbouring paddocks, fruit trees and a vegetable garden which residents are encouraged to help tend.

We have great support, positive feedbacks and confirmation from family members, health care teams and staff, and the DHB. Our commitment is for quality personal care and providing a warm, safe and comfortable environment for your loved one. We have specially trained staff to ensure our residents receive expert care and support, while respecting personal tastes, preferences and needs.
