Ultimate Care Aroha is a well established and respected rest home and hospital which includes specialist dementia care, we provide a peaceful, safe and comforting environment for our dementia residents. Residents are always treated with the respect and dignity that comes with our personalised care approach.
We understand and promote the idea that exposure to familiar memories through smell, sight, touch, taste and hearing can help promote a sense of well-being and calm for our residents. Our specially designed dementia friendly gardens and interior features have been created to provide stimulation and help trigger the senses.
Caring for someone with dementia can be very challenging, we are here to support residents and their families.
