Hospital-Level Care
Our Hospital is a brand-new residential care facility opened in December 2025, representing a modern approach to compassionate healthcare in a contemporary, purpose-built environment.
Exceptional nursing care is at the heart of this service, with highly trained professionals providing 24-hour support and personalized attention. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art patient handling and management systems, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity for every resident.
Dementia Care Home
Our Dementia Home is a secure, gated residence offering a peaceful and supportive setting. A beautiful garden provides space for relaxing walks and quiet moments, while residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms with familiar photos and treasured belongings—helping them feel safe, settled, and truly at home.
Daily life is filled with joy, engagement, and companionship, supported by thoughtfully planned activities led by our caring activities therapist. Residents enjoy pet visits, group outings, shopping trips, and social gatherings that encourage connection and enrich everyday living.
Rest Home Care
Our Rest Home offers both Premium and Standard Rooms in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Outdoor spaces include a walking pathway around the building and a lovely pergola where residents can relax and enjoy fresh air.
Conveniently located close to Arthur Faulker Reserve, public transport, and local shops, our Rest Home supports an active and connected lifestyle. Residents enjoy planned outings, visiting entertainers, and a wide range of activities designed to support social engagement and well-being.

Dominion Home is fully secure but has the bonus of residents being able to walk around the facility and enjoy the garden.
We do not restrain residents they are free to walk in and out our door into the garden. The perimeter remains secure.
