Our warm, purpose-built Care Centre at Summerset on Summerhill offers a range of care services designed to meet the level of care you need* and has received a 4-year certification from the Ministry of Health to provide rest home and hospital level care.

Our rest-home and hospital-level care provides the very best clinical care, in a warm, welcoming community. Residents have private, modern rooms – with ensuite facilities where they can surround themselves with their own things. While our friendly and professionally trained Care Centre staff are supervised by registered nurses and are available on-site 24 hours a day.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
