Both apartments are comfortable, safe, warm one-bedroom homes in a friendly garden setting. The kitchenette flows into an open plan living and dining area. There is a separate bedroom and an ensuite with a level entry shower and lots of storage. The bathroom is especially equipped with fixtures and fittings designed for comfort, safety, and ease of use.
An easy access shower with well placed grab rails assists residents whose mobility is compromised. There is also a 24/7 emergency call button located in the bathroom.
There is an allocated parking space available for each unit

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
