Visitors as usual (but not if you're unwell or recently returned from overseas)
Located on a quiet street overlooking the stunning Waitakere Ranges, Everil Orr Living has created a brand-new bespoke care service for residents, to enable you to continue to live comfortably. With the full-time long-term care you need, you can relax knowing you’ll be able to stay in your own home, helped by our specialist team. The superbly appointed care suites offer person-centred care tailored to your specific needs, with Everil Orr Living’s team there to deliver the highest quality care when you need it. Here, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of your own home, without any of the responsibilities. Everil Orr Living’s spacious care suites include one-bedroom and studio suites, complete with kitchenettes. Our one-bedroom suites are larger than most, up to 46sqm!

Just like Mt Albert, Everil Orr is a welcoming and family-friendly community. From the smiley staff who greet you in the hallways, to the comfortable living spaces, you’ll feel right at home. Our main lounge is a lively hub of activity. Follow the music and laughter to find a friend to chat to, or to join in the day’s events. Or, if it’s peace and quiet you crave, relax in a comfy chair with a book in one of our many cosy nooks.

You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Right around the corner from Mt Albert Village, you’re spoilt for choice with a range of cafes and eateries. Lynn mall and St Lukes mall are less than 10 minutes away, as are the local pools and library. Enjoy high tea at historic Alberton house, or a paddle at Pt. Chev beach.

We are a friendly boutique community filled with people who share a connection and kinship. We use our experience and values to create a place of warmth and belonging. A place that gives you everything: comfort, stability, security and above all, service.

Our beautiful new Care Suites are now available-call us on 0800 383 745 or www.everilorr.co.nz to book a visit!
Our Care centre and site is a No Smoking/Vape site.

Aged Care Association New Zealand (ACA) Registered Retirement Village?
Updated: 10 Jul 2023

The Ministry of Health conducts regular audits of Residential Care Facilities. They can be found HERE.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
