Alden Kensington Court is a Care Facility that offers Rest Home, Hospital, Palliative and Respite levels of care. There is also a Retirement Village on the property providing affordable, independent living. Our residents enjoy a well-managed and ever-changing activities programme which provides companionship and lots of fun. Residents also have access to a hairdresser, podiatrist and physiotherapist who visit regularly. We strive to make walking in the door at Kensington Court a positive experience, especially for those who may be more reluctant about the idea of coming to a rest home. Our wealth of experience in other stages of care means our team can advise you on your options and how it works. We are here to help and assure you through the stages.

What's New
Modern spacious brand new Care Suites are now ready for sale at Kensington Court Village. Care Suites are an alternative to rest home rooms. Residents can live in their own apartment and still receive rest home or hospital-level care. Bring your own personal furniture and mementos secure in the knowledge that this apartment is yours for life . Our care suites have a large ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette area where residents can make a cup of tea or coffee for themselves or visitors, Several suites also have access to the peaceful landscaped gardens. Kensington Court is less than a kilometre from supermarkets, a medical centre and a shopping mall and library and care suite residents enjoy all the benefits of both village living whilst receiving full rest home or hospital care. If you would like to see your loved one in the new alternative to rest home living please contact the village now as numbers are limited

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
