Park Lane is an excellent example of a community for over-65s that’s embracing the future. You won’t find old-fashioned concepts here; instead you’ll notice a focus on positive ageing, keeping active, learning new things and staying involved in the wider neighbourhood.

Our serviced studios and apartments offer quality care in a warm, friendly and personalised environment. Rooms all have a private ensuite and access to a patio or balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful gardens.

These homes are ideal for those who require a little more help day-to-day and our range of care packages are tailored to suit your individual needs.

Park Lane's community is vibrant and friendly and our residents will make you feel truly at home. The village communal areas have extensive views of the gardens so they can be enjoyed by everyone. You’ll love our healthy fresh food and varied menus prepared by our in-house chefs. Our extensive range of daily activities, weekly local excursions and shopping trips are fun and a great way to keep active and engaged.

We have a wonderful well-appointed Serviced Studio from $315,000 (License to Occupy). Contact Ian to view.

The Ministry of Health conducts regular audits of Residential Care Facilities. They can be found HERE.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
