Care Apartments

Our care apartments are suitable for those living alone or for couples. These attractive apartments are located on the first floor of the village centre ensuring direct and easy access to specialist staff, facilities and the care centre. These apartments will provide both rest-home and hospital-level care.

Each apartment features a modern kitchenette, an open-plan living and dining room, plus a separate double bedroom with a large ensuite. There is easy access to the village café, swimming pool and gym.

Before you come to Summerset on the Landing for care, you will need to have had an NASC assessment which determines the level of care required to ensure our care team can confidentially meet your needs.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
