Our Aged Residential Care supports every resident to live a fulfilling life in a safe and welcoming setting that feels like home.
We are the most centrally located retirement community in town - right in the heart of tree-lined Cambridge. Set on two-hectares of generous grounds and across the road from the picturesque Te Koutu Lake Reserve!
We have a very homely atmosphere filled with lots of fun and laughter around the shared dining room table. Residents are like family here.
We work collaboratively with our residents to make sure they feel at home and are able to do what they used to at home. Our rooms are filled with light and have lovely big windows that brings the outside in. Your friends and family will always be welcome to spend time with you, and they can join in for meals and celebrations as well as pop in for a cup of tea and chat.
We take time to get to know you, so we can better support and care for you. We’ll develop a personalised care plan with you – to understand your preferences and help you to continue doing the things you love.
The need for care can be unpredictable, making it hard to guarantee that a care place will be available at times. Although we can’t always control availability, we encourage you to get in touch - we are here to help. People come first, always. That’s our Care Promise.

The Ministry of Health conducts regular audits of Residential Care Facilities. They can be found HERE.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
