Aria Bay is set in the heart of the Browns Bay community on Auckland’s North Shore. Close to shops, cafés, the bowling club and just two minutes from the beach, the village offers a wonderful lifestyle. We offer apartments for independent living with care and support options ranging from a little help day to day, through to personalised rest home , hospital and specialist dementia care in our care suites.
Serviced apartments are homes that have been specifically designed so that you can receive tailored packages to support your independence. You get the support you need, at the time you need it, in your own home. Care and support ranges from a little bit of help with things around the house right up to Rest Home level care. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Each apartment offers a different outlook and they enable you to surround yourself with your own furniture and all the precious items you love.

The Ministry of Health conducts regular audits of Residential Care Facilities. They can be found HERE.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
