Visitors as usual (but not if you're unwell or recently returned from overseas)
Our serviced apartments are situated in Alpine View’s Lodge at the heart of the village. The lodge is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week, which means there is always someone on site if you need anything.

All of our apartments have separate bedrooms (two for Deluxe), with a balcony for the Premium and Deluxe apartments or an outside (ground floor) patio and an ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating.

Our serviced apartments have either a kitchenette for the standard apartments or full individual kitchen and cooking facilities for the Premium and Deluxe apartments. We can also provide you with a comprehensive range of meal service options.

The apartments are equipped with individual laundry facilities, although laundry can be done for you if required. Sprinkler systems and smoke alarms are in all of our apartments as well as well positioned nurse call bells.

The Ministry of Health conducts regular audits of Residential Care Facilities. They can be found HERE.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
