Social/Recreational Programme Yes We have an activity co-ordinator monday to friday whop organises a busy monthly activity calander. The activities range from going on trips and outings to arts and crafts and a happy hour on a friday with entertainment.
Community Complex Yes We encourage all residents who live within the villas to use our facilities services where applicable and to join in with the activity programme.
Emergency Call System Yes Emergency call bell system throughout the main building. The villas are connected toan emergency call bell system that alerts the staff in the main building. On hearing this a nurse will attend the identified villa to offer support.
24 Hour Security Yes Staff are present within the main building 24 hours a day and a security company patrols the area at night.

Negotiate To Bring Own Pet Yes At the managers discretion. No dogs to be resident in the main home or the villas due to the open gardens surrounding the buildings.

Restaurant No We do have a very good kitchen that provides meals for the residents of the villas should they be required.

Games Room No The main lounge within the home is used to accommodate a variety of gentle physical games such as bowls and badmington.
Chapel No Services are conducted either in privacy of individual rooms or in small private lounge areas within the main home.
Lounges Yes We encourage everybody to use teh main and smaller lounges within the main home.
Gardens Yes Lovely well kept mature grounds surround the main home and villas. Woodlands also backs onto Thorpes Bush.

Mall 37.00 km Richmond Mall is an ideal place to get everything from groceries to gifts and clothing. It runs just off the main street where the variety of shops continue to galleries and craft shops. Resturants and smaller cafes also scatter the streets.
Parks 0.05 km Woodlands boundary is on Thorps bush reserve
