We recognise and support residents individual beliefs, values and culture. We maintain an open door policy to ensure residents, staff and families can discuss concerns and complaints and know they will be dealt with in a professional manner. We have a varied activity programme including; Bingo, board games, cards, care and craft, church services, concerts, internal festivals, external entertainers, exercises, indoor games, quizzes, bowls, jigsaws, nail care, newspapers, piano and organ, gardening, outings, shopping, videos, lunch time happy hour, petanque, shopping, sing-a-longs, videos, big print books,library visits, picnic and barbeque facilities, Citizens Club outings, raffles.
