The expansive 1400m² Residents’ Lodge was completed in 2023 and is the social heart of the village. Architecturally designed to complement the stunning alpine location and celebrate the Arrowtown aesthetic, this building provides a range of social and quiet spaces, inside and out. Facilities provided at the Lodge include: private cinema; fireside lounge and dining spaces; Residents’ Club Bar; salon; fitness centre; indoor heated pool; spa; and library.
