The chalet features a full kitchen, combined bathroom and laundry, and a heat pump for year-round comfort, along with a private patio overlooking the gardens.

It’s a lovely example of retirement living just the way you like it – comfortable and easy.

Life at Waiapu Village offers the perfect balance of independence, community and peace of mind. Set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens and just minutes from Havelock North Village, Waiapu has been part of the Hawke’s Bay community for more than 50 years.

As a smaller village, it has a warm and friendly atmosphere where residents quickly feel at home. A range of activities and services are available, including gardening groups, social gatherings and regular outings using the village van.

The village also features a beautiful chapel designed by renowned architect John Scott with a service each Wednesday.

Monthly Village Fee
The monthly village fee is $675. This contributes towards the ongoing maintenance, supervision and operation of the village.
