Our Village currently feature 121 two or three bedroom thoughtfully designed homes, drawing on extensive research from other villages while being tailored to meet the unique needs of our residents. Constructed with modern materials, including brick, aluminium joinery, and tile roofing, our homes offer both durability and comfort.
We offer apartment living in two distinct buildings:
Boundary Apartments: This attractive two-storey building features sixteen two-bedroom apartments and four three-bedroom apartments, each with its own en-suite. Residents enjoy secure basement parking and a storage area at no additional cost, with both elevator and stair access to the ground and first floors.
Palms Apartments: Also a two-storey building, Palms Apartments consist of nine two-bedroom apartments and three one-bedroom apartments, each with an external parking space included in the price. Separate garages may occasionally be available for an additional cost.

Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
