Summerset Richmond Ranges offers the full continuum of care. Live independently in a Summerset villa, cottage or serviced apartment and we can provide cleaning, meals or help with whatever chores you want to outsource. And if things change, we can provide rest home-level care in your serviced apartment or up to hospital-level care in our care centre (care is subject to availability and eligibility criteria) from our caring and dedicated team.
Our village centre is the heart of the community, buzzing with a range of on-site activities and features. This includes a Divine Café, exercise room, library, hair salon, communal vegetable gardens, bar, indoor swimming pool, lounge, and barbeque facilities, an all weather bowling green, residents workshop and hobby room.
An on-site Activities Coordinator will organise events, outings, and activities every week. Our homes are warm, modern and designed with everything you could need for the perfect retirement lifestyle.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
