About Summerset down the Lane (Hamilton)
Summerset down the Lane in Fitzroy is a beautiful established village with a delightful, relaxed country feel. Offering spacious outdoor living with wide lanes, beautiful gardens and a great community atmosphere, this stunning village is home to over 350 residents.
Live independently in a Summerset villa, townhouse or serviced apartment and we can provide cleaning, meals or help with whatever chores you want to outsource. And if things change, we can provide rest home level care in your serviced apartment or up to hospital-level care in our care centre (subject to availability) from our caring and dedicated team.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
