About Stoke Retirement Village
Stoke is the perfect village for those who value their independence but want the reassurance of having a network of neighbours at hand, boasting a friendly, close-knit community and a choice of one or two-bedroom villas.
Stoke offers affordable one and two-bedroom villas in different shapes and sizes, so you can find the home that best suits your lifestyle. Choose from either a cosy, refurbished one-bedroom home with a modern kitchen or a spacious, two-bedroom villa with a conservatory and garage. We also have brand-new, open-plan villas with all the mod cons, including a heat pump and double-glazing to keep you warm all winter long.
With Stoke bordering the Railway Reserve, there are plenty of walking and cycling tracks right on your doorstep. Stoke also has easy access to public transport and is handy to supermarkets, the butcher, the local library, a pub and more. Right on a main route, it’s a breeze to get out and about to catch up with friends and family.
Minimum age of entry for residents is 70 years old.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
