Don't miss out on this rarely available serviced apartment.
This one bedroom serviced apartment is one of the few in the village with a balcony, offering morning sunshine and views of the croquet lawn. Recently updated with new carpet, fresh paint, and elegant curtains, you will immediately feel a sense of comfort and ease. The main bedroom is spacious, with a double wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, and leads out to the open plan living area with kitchenette. Just steps from the lift and laundry, and only moments from the village centre and amenities, everything you need is close at hand.
Assisted living in a serviced apartment gives you more time to embrace the things that bring you joy, while we take care of your housekeeping, home maintenance, a daily chef-prepared meal and more! Better yet, serviced apartments are located in the heart of our village communities, so every day brings opportunities to connect with others and enjoy the amenities and activities.
Kiri Te Kanawa Village offers a beautiful rural outlook and striking views across to Young Nick's Head. Convenience is paramount, with the Lytton West Shopping Centre just a short distance away, providing easy access to a pharmacy, medical centre, and local supermarket. For a social afternoon, the charming Ballance Street Village is close by, offering a delightful mix of boutique bookshops, antiques, and a local butchery and bakery. Take advantage of the flat, accessible walkways that wind through the local parks, or the nearby public transport linking you to Gisborne CBD.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
