Bathed in all-day sun and surrounded by gardens on three sides, this light-filled home enjoys a wonderfully private position at the end of a quiet lane. Large north-facing windows and a sunny patio create the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while looking out over the established greenery.
The main bedroom is thoughtfully designed with his-and-hers wardrobes that lead to the bathroom. Three bedrooms give you the flexibility to shape the home around your lifestyle, whether that's welcoming overnight guests, setting up a home office, creating a hobbies room, or simply enjoying the extra storage space. Set on the village boundary with visitor parking right outside, an internal access garage, and a driveway for added convenience, everyday comings and goings are effortless.
Charles Upham Village is nestled in the tranquil heart of Rangiora in North Canterbury, providing a serene retreat while remaining incredibly convenient, with the boutique cafes of Conway Lane, local supermarkets, and the scenic Victoria Park just moments away. Enjoy stress free travel with nearby public transport from Main North Road. It is the perfect location for those looking to trade city noise for a friendly, connected community without sacrificing any modern amenities.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
