About Rosedale
Rosedale Village offers you the best of both worlds, the freedom of independent living with exceptional care on hand when you need it. A range of affordable apartments to choose from; one-bedroom, studios and personal suites all including ensuites and kitchenettes. All upstairs apartments include their own balcony and downstairs apartments open onto a courtyard with landscaped gardens.
One of the benefits of living at Rosedale Village is the ability to choose the level of support you require. Residents can include services such as meals, housekeeping, laundry, bedmaking, general staff support & personal care.
Each apartment has a call button should any of our residents need immediate assistance. All levels of care can be supplied to apartments by our qualified, fully trained staff. Your security and safety are top of mind for our staff.
Our Rosedale Village in Albany is designed to maximise sunlight to create a warm and bright atmosphere surrounded by lovely mature gardens. There are 81 Apartments purchased under an Occupation Right Agreement. The Village includes a hair salon, library, dining room, craft room, communal lounges and free resident parking. We offer various care packages and services to suit the different stages of your life.

Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
