About Rangiura Retirement Village and Care Home
The Villas
Our villas are situated between Rangiura Heights (Arts Lane), Rangiura Place, Matai Crescent and Van Dyk Place. The first villas were built in 1995 and since then our complex has gradually expanded to a total of 106 homes. These vary in price according to location and are all purchased under an Occupation Right Agreement.
The villas feature:
2 & 3 double bedrooms
Spacious open plan kitchen and living areas
Internal access garages (few standalone garage)
Wetroom bathrooms with underfloor heating
Modern kitchens
High quality fixtures and fittings
Heatpumps
St Johns Medical Alarms
There is a service charge which is paid weekly or monthly with the amount being reviewed annually by the Trust Board in conjunction with the Statutory Supervisor.

All village residents are welcome to use the facilities within Rangiura and a programme of events is delivered monthly. The Village has its own committee who organise activities and hold regular meetings with the Village Manager. Rangiura Retirement Village is nestled in the middle of the South Waikato community within an hour commute to Taupo, Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga.
Local shops, cafes and medical facilities are easily accessible with ample parking.

Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
