About Peakviews
Enjoying stunning outlooks towards the region’s iconic peaks, Peakviews lifestyle village offers endless opportunities for a whole new way of life in Hawke’s Bay.
Perfectly positioned between Havelock North and Hastings, Peakviews allows you to get closer to what matters - family and friends, the outdoors, arts and culture, eateries, markets, shopping - it’s all at your doorstep.
Architecturally designed by DesignGroup Stapleton Elliot, Peakviews provides beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to entertain the people you love and the friends you’ll meet. At the heart of it all is The Clubhouse – the perfect place to meet up or kick back, keep fit in the gym, relax in the lounge or library, watch the rugby on the big screen or simply enjoy a coffee in the sun-soaked courtyard.
Even an active, independent life sometimes requires extra care and support. We have you covered. We’ve partnered with Private Care NZ, one of New Zealand’s leading healthcare experts, to provide professional, tailored in-home care whenever it’s needed.
A dedicated, concierge service will give you access to short or longer-term comprehensive care, tailored precisely to the way you want to live and the specific support you may need – all in the comfort of your home.
Limited to just 35 villas, this unique lifestyle living opportunity will only be available to a fortunate few.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
