About Pakuranga Park Village
Real Living is proud to be a New Zealand-owned business which is committed to offering a selection of retirement living options. We’re a family-owned and privately managed collective of villages with our heart in the Auckland area.
Pakuranga Park is well established and set on 30 acres of parkland in the heart of East Auckland, providing perfect living, whether it’s a freestanding villa or the privacy of your own apartment. We offer 1 and 2 Bedroom spacious open plan brick and tile villas built on one level and positioned to capture the sun, with lawns and gardens surrounding each residence. We also have independent apartments with spacious open plan living and serviced apartments for residents who require a little extra assistance with their daily living.
Continuous care is available on-site so you don’t have to move out of the village. Various room options available with ensuite or shared facilities.
If you choose Pakuranga Park you will be within close proximity to many of the region's fine attractions which encourages you to continue being part of the community. Discover the advantages of quickly and easily being able to pop out to your choice of golf courses, four shopping centres, bowling clubs, croquet, Lloyd Elsmore Park, Half Moon Bay Marina, fine beaches, churches, restaurants, garden centres, Howick Historic Village and other attractions.
Every village at Real Living offers a myriad of activities to take part in, but you can be as active, or as quiet, as you like. And we’ll make sure it is the ultimate in convenience, comfort and contentment.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
