About Oakland Lodge

Oakland Lodge logo

Oakland Lodge is located in the sought after Avenues in central Tauranga and was once known as Copper Beech Village - we have been a part of this community for decades. Our affordable and secure one-bedroom apartments are designed to accommodate independent living. Each unit includes a large bedroom, open plan living and dining area, laundry facilities and a kitchen. Some of our apartments have access to well-maintained gardens, while others enjoy sunny balconies.

There is a wide-ranging activities programme and residents have the option of becoming as involved as they wish. Tuck into fish and chips at a resident dinner, catch up with neighbours over morning tea, or join a craft session. Oakland lodge also enjoys regular entertainment, social outings and shopping trips.

At some stage in our lives we may require more assistance in our day to day living. Our wealth of experience in other stages of care means our team can advise you on your options and how it all works. We are here to help and assure you through the stages.

*All purchases are made as an Occupational Right Agreement as laid out in the Retirement Villages for the Retirement Villages Act 2003.
