Apartment 4 – Comfortable, Supported Living at Moana House & Village

Enjoy the perfect balance of independence, comfort and support at Moana House & Village. Our serviced apartments offer a welcoming place to call home, with assistance available when you need it and the freedom to enjoy life your way.

We currently have two serviced apartments available, each offering a warm, safe and comfortable one-bedroom home in a friendly garden setting. Both apartments are available under an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA).

Each apartment features its own external entrance, giving you the freedom to come and go independently, welcome visitors and enjoy your own private space without needing to walk through the main facility. Dedicated parking spaces are also available, making access to your apartment easy and convenient. It's an ideal option for those who value their independence and privacy while still having support close at hand.

Inside, you'll find a kitchenette flowing into an open-plan living and dining area, a separate bedroom, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a level-entry shower, thoughtfully designed fixtures and fittings, and plenty of storage.

For added convenience, both apartments come fully equipped with whiteware, including a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, making it easier to settle in and feel at home from day one.

Your comfort, safety and wellbeing are important to us. The bathrooms feature well-positioned grab rails, an easy-access shower and a 24-hour emergency call button, providing extra reassurance and peace of mind.

Located within the Moana House community, these apartments offer the best of both worlds: the privacy and independence of your own space, with opportunities to connect with others and enjoy village activities whenever you choose.

Should you need a little extra help from time to time, or prefer a more regular level of support, a range of services can be arranged to suit your needs. These may include delicious meals, housekeeping, laundry, personal care and healthcare support, helping you maintain your independence while having assistance close at hand.

A Special Offer to Help You Feel at Home

To make your move to Moana House & Village even more appealing, the first three months of weekly fees will be waived upon completion of the sale for the two available serviced apartments, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

A deposit can also be discussed with the Village Manager.

If you would like to find out more, arrange a visit or discuss whether one of these apartments could be right for you, Deborah Padfield would love to hear from you.
