Special features
Rosewood Park is a smaller, affordable village designed for retired people who want to enjoy an independent and relaxed lifestyle.
The village has a strong sense of community and security, where neighbours know each other and friendships are easily formed. Residents enjoy spending time in the beautiful rose gardens, with a gazebo that offers a peaceful spot to sit, relax, and take in the surroundings during the warmer months.
The modern Community Room provides a welcoming space to connect with others, take part in activities, or simply enjoy a friendly chat.
The village offers a mix of homes to suit different preferences. Refurbished villas feature double glazing and modern upgrades, both inside and in the outdoor areas, offering comfort and practicality. The more recently built brick villas are level-entry with open-plan living, flowing seamlessly to front and back patio spaces—ideal for easy, low-maintenance living.

Residents Say It Best
”Make Milife your Life Mike and I have been at Milife Rosewood Park for 4 years and it felt like home as soon as we moved in, and more so each time we come back from time away. We have met some great new friends and often enjoy a Happy Hour or two with them. Bowls, darts, cards, van trips, dancing and many Village events and activities to enjoy. There is something for everyone and we really enjoy having a great Village library.”
Mike and Julie
”Rosewood Park Village is a great place to live in our retirement years. Everything you need is here, a warm home, safe environment and the very obliging staff are there to give you support and advice if needed. We have been living here for five years and are very happy with the choice we made to sell our home and make Rosewood Park our home.”
Sue and Keith
”We discovered Milife Rosewood Park Village by chance four years ago while delivering Meals on Wheels to a resident. We couldn’t believe what a lovely village it appeared to be and said to one another, “Maybe we could live here one day too.” Well, it happened! We moved here in December 2023. Best thing we ever did. When we first moved in, our family couldn’t believe how beautiful it all was too. No more worrying about maintenance, lawns, gardens, or rubbish disposal—it is all taken care of for you. The community feeling is amazing. The management team and staff are all so committed and easy to get along with, and we are privileged to say we have a wonderful village family. There are van trips, outings, men’s groups, ladies’ afternoons, housie, entertainment, shared meals, weekly Happy Hour, and a free monthly Nurse check for those who want it. We can continue to be active within our local community at our leisure. We are so happy to call Milife Rosewood Park our home.”

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
