About Elms Court Village
Owner operated by Steve and his caring team, living well is all about making every day special, being actively engaged and doing the things you love.
If you’re looking for a little more companionship, or perhaps you need a little more help around the home day to day, our friendly Elms Court Village community will welcome, support and care for you like you are family.
We love the way each resident brings their own personality, preferences and energy to our small and close-knit community. Our wonderful care team can tailor care packages and accommodation options to suit each person’s individual needs. We now offer full continuum of care right through to hospital level, if required, with the added bonus of staying in the same unit you originally may have bought.
We currently have available; a serviced studio, apartment and private care suites offering help and support, why not pop in and take a look? We’d love the chance to show you the Elms Court difference.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
