Lockerbie Village is, 100% New Zealand owned and operated retirement village offers you a fresh new beginning in the beautiful Waikato.

The Village was conceived when a small group of regional developers came together to breathe a bit of fresh air (and value) into retirement living. The goal was always to offer retirees high-quality, contemporary homes, in a beautiful, connected countryside setting with easy access to a great range of lifestyle options and amenities.

Lockerbie Village is on the edge of Morrinsville, a lovely country town in the beautiful Waikato. Only 25 minutes from Hamilton and 1.5 hours from Auckland, you’ll enjoy the Village’s elevated, sunny aspect with views of rolling green pastures and surrounding hills.

Located in the middle of the ‘golden triangle’ with great proximity to Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga, living at Lockerbie Village connects you to the greater region as well. You will be in the Coromandel or Mount Maunganui in just over an hour, and Taupo is only a two-hour drive away. Or simply enjoy staying in close proximity to the Village visiting friends and loved ones.

The Village is centrally located in Lockerbie Estate, a new neighbourhood consisting of high-quality family houses, a day care, cafe and four hectares of open park land with playgrounds, mature trees, ponds, walkways and cycle paths.
