About Kerikeri Retirement Village
Choose from one and two bedroom apartments or one, two or three bedroom cottages or a snug studio.
You'll enjoy the independence of your current life but with the gardens and maintenance taken care of and improved security in a great location. You can get help with the housework if you want it and you can lock up and go travelling whenever you like.
Our OneTwoSeven Apartments are modern, contemporary and provide the easiest of living. They are ready for occupation with a number of styles to choose from.
The generously proportioned cottages are constructed in a variety of materials and designs so you can choose a style that reflects your taste.
Interiors are refurbished before sale so you’ll enjoy a tasteful neutral décor and modern fixtures and fittings in the bathroom and kitchen.
Most cottages also have internal access garaging and off-street parking nearby and generous sized private outdoor areas, perfect for those who still want to plant a vege patch or flower garden. We’re animal friendly too and approved pets can live in the village.
Our one bedroom studios have modern interiors and well-appointed kitchens with a cooktop and oven for meal preparation and baking. The lounge is big enough to entertain family and friends and the apartments are north facing with a lovely sunny courtyard. These are very affordable for central Kerikeri
The Village is a very close community with plenty of social activities for those that want to get involved but we also respect your privacy.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
