Part of the sunny city of Tauranga, Hodgson House is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens, just a hop, skip and jump from the Fraser Cove shopping centre where you’ll find all the essentials and a short drive from the Tauranga city centre.

We offer everything from hairdressing to speech therapy, physiotherapy, and SKY TV. We have a range of recreational activities including board games, happy hour, gardening, crafts, and indoor bowls. Our facility van is also always on hand for outings.

KEY FEATURES
Villa 37A is part of the friendly village community, and is maintenance free. This large and spacious 3-bedroom Villa has a modern kitchen with walk-in pantry, bathroom/laundry, separate toilet and heatpump. The Villa also has a large sunroom leading out the fenced garden.

MONTHLY OUTGOINGS
The monthly village outgoing fee is $700.00. This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
