The living rooms are large enough to accommodate a family sized lounge suite (or a fold out sofa for occasional guests) and dining suite and we encourage personalising your space to suit your lifestyle. Feel comfortable and at home in our warm, quiet villas installed with environmentally friendly carpeting which is neutrally coloured to style and match any personal décor. Newly fitted kitchens are fully equipped with Fisher & Paykel stainless steel appliances incl oven, ceramic hob, range hood extractor and dishwasher drawer. Master Bedroom is very spacious with ample storage incl walk in wardrobe and features ensuite bathroom. Laundry also comes fitted with brand new washing machine and dryer.
Everyone deserves a little luxury, so we’ve provided a heated towel rail and heated tiled flooring for added comfort. Heat pumps are now fitted at our expense. There are emergency call buttons in all the villas.

Lots to do here: pool, spa, gym, library, darts, pool, table tennis, rummy club, dinners, barbeques, quiz nights - feel free to join in or not entirely up to you. We also run 2x weekly vans to Westcity Henderson and Lynmall for shopping excursions. There is on onsite commercial kitchen where you can order meals daily to suit.
