About Eastcliffe
With a range of one and two-bed apartments to choose from we have something for everyone.
Some of our features:
- An undercover carpark at no cost for as long as you are driving in our Aotea buildings.
- Open-plan living spaces and beautifully finished kitchens.

If your needs change, we can provide assisted living packages, ideal if you need a bit of help with household tasks like (meals, cleaning, and laundry) we have an onsite rest home with premium rooms and a small private hospital.

We have a great selection of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments available, pop in and have a look at our show home and book a time for a chat. Open homes are open daily 7 days a week, 10 am -3 pm (our open homes are a look around the village common areas and a show apartment, to give you a glimpse of life at Eastcliffe.

Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
