About Deverton Lifestyle Village
Deverton Lifestyle Village is set in attractive landscaped gardens, providing independent living through to full-time care in our purpose designed and built retirement village. Choose from a range of spacious apartments, serviced or non-serviced to suit your living needs.
Deverton Lifestyle Village is centrally located in Browns Bay on the North Shore of Auckland, allowing you to remain living close to your friends and family, plus the great local attractions and facilities.
Our advantage is having full Rest Home Care available on-site. This means you can remain in close contact with your partner, if one is in the village and the other in the Rest Home.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
