Start your day with a coffee in the private, east-facing rear garden of Villa 3, as the morning sun filters through the living areas. Then, as the day winds down, move to the west-facing front garden and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
This architecturally designed villa offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an internal-access garage, with a generous layout that gives you plenty of room to live comfortably, without the upkeep of a larger home.
It’s an easy home to lock up and leave when you’re heading away, and an equally good place to come home to. Best of all, you’re just a short stroll from the impressive facilities at Country Club Huapai – named Best Medium/Large Retirement & Lifestyle Village, North Island at the 2025 Seniors NZ Best Awards.
Set on the historic grounds of the original Nobilo Estate winery, Country Club Huapai offers premium, resort-style living in the heart of Huapai. Enjoy an indoor heated pool, spa and gym, bar and restaurant, library, games room, bowling green, putting green and pétanque, along with plenty of spaces to meet friends or simply relax. Beyond the village, the wineries, cafés, restaurants, golf courses and west coast beaches of the wider Kumeū area are all within easy reach.
Locally owned and operated by the Hopper family, Country Club Huapai is part of more than 70 years of creating places for Kiwis to live and enjoy. Ask about sharing Capital Gains.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
