About Coombrae Village

Coombrae Village logo

Enliven’s Coombrae Village offers a wonderful lifestyle opportunity in friendly Feilding. Coombrae’s 20 one and two bedroom villas are set amongst picturesque cottage-style gardens, yet the village is located just minutes from the centre of town.

The purpose-built villas have been designed to provide comfortable, affordable, and quality retirement living. They are well set out with a separate kitchen, open-plan dining/lounge, and bathroom.

Each villa includes:
- a recently renovated kitchen
- an open plan lounge/dining room
- carpet and slip resistant vinyl flooring
- storage and double wardrobes
- a heat pump/air conditioning unit
- a communal BBQ area/garden area
- quality curtains or blinds

Off-street parking is available for all residents, and we have garages and carports for rent (subject to availability).

Enliven’s Coombrae Village provides independent living, but with the security of knowing our friendly team is never far away. As a resident of Enliven’s Coombrae Village, you are, of course, free to do whatever you like, when you like. But you can be confident that our friendly team is on hand to offer the support and security you need.

One of the best things about a move to Coombrae Village is you can focus on enjoying your retirement while we take care of the rest. We’ll look after the property maintenance and gardening; we even offer meals and housekeeping services.

If there comes a time that you or your spouse needs extra support, as a resident of an Enliven retirement village, you’ll be given preferential entry into Enliven’s rest homes. Neighbouring Coombrae Home offers both short and long term rest home and dementia care, as well as a day programme, making it a perfect option for couples who need different levels of support, but want to remain close-by.

Special features

The icing on the cake for the residents of Enliven’s Coombrae Village is knowing that by purchasing a villa, they’re investing in the future. As a not-for-profit organisation, all the proceeds from the sale of Enliven’s retirement villas and apartments are invested back into Enliven facilities, or into social services for vulnerable children and families provided by Family Works, which is also part of Presbyterian Support Central.
