When it comes to everyday life, Cantabria makes it easy with village, rest home, hospital, day care, respite. The well-appointed rooms all look out onto lush greenery and come complete with WiFi and a call system. Many are furnished with ensuites.

Well-known in Rotorua for ensuring our residents feel that this is ‘their home’, Cantabria is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens just a hop, skip and jump from the town centre where you’ll find all the essentials and more.

We offer everything from a hydro pool to physiotherapy, hair salon, health checks, scooter bay and convenience shop. We have a range of recreational activities including a singing group, exercise programmes, arts and crafts, quizzes, and social gatherings. Our facility van and coaches are always on hand for outings.

KEY FEATURES
Unit 1, The Stone House has been recently refurbished and is set within private village grounds, offering a light, spacious interior and giving you peace of mind, knowing the building is maintenance free. The unit features a full kitchen, separate bathroom and laundry, plus geo-thermal heating for year-round comfort. The one-bedroom layout provides easy, pleasant living, complemented by an open-plan lounge and dining area.

MONTHLY OUTGOINGS
The monthly village outgoing fee is $620.00. This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
