Bupa Windsor Park Retirement Village is a set among the rural beauty of Southland in Gore. Our retirement village is a place to call home and the perfect location for a making new friends.
Our retirement village is situated a short drive from the township of Gore, but also not too far from the stunning Queenstown Lakes District, and in the other directions you can easily get to the city of Dunedin or visit Invercargill in the deep South - take your pick!
We have many activities on offer, and our residents love our community centre with its well stocked library, huge TV screen, piano, and plenty of seating for entertaining.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
