Greerton Oaks is a welcoming, modern retirement village offering you independence, community and freedom. With 22 two-bedroom units set in attractive gardens, and excellent community facilities on offer, Greerton Oaks is the place to get the most out of life!
As well as a strong sense of community, our residents enjoy long term support, thanks to the future care options at Bupa’s nearby rest homes and hospital facilities.

Greerton Gardens with 29 villas and Oaks with 22 villas are big enough to provide the activities and services you require, and small enough that you can get to know all your neighbours. Situated just 500m from each other, joint activities are held regularly and you are most welcome to take part in activities at both villages.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
