About Bupa Erin Park Retirement Village, Manurewa
Erin Park Retirement Village can be found in the heart of the Auckland suburb of Manurewa. The village is within walking distance of the local shops and just a short drive from the waterfront and Manakau Golf Club. We’re also only a few streets from the nearest train station, meaning residents have easy access to all that the wider city has to offer.
At Erin Park Retirement Village, we aim to provide a comfortable balance between independent and community living. With just 32 one and two bedroom apartments in our complex, it’s easy to develop warm relationships with your neighbours while still enjoying the privacy of your own home. Our stylish apartments are designed to be comfortable and low maintenance, with modern kitchens, en-suite bathrooms and open plan living areas. Extra services such as housekeeping and meals are available. Residents can rest easy knowing the village has regular security patrols, and that each apartment is fitted with a 24-hour emergency alarm system. Erin Park also offers residents continuum of care with priority access to the Erin Park Care Home next door, with its quality hospital, rest home and palliative care.

If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
