When it comes to everyday life, Broadview makes it easy with village, rest home, hospital, day care, respite, dementia and specialised hospital care. The well-appointed rooms all have a rural outlook and come complete with a 24-hour call system, WiFi and ensuites.

On the outskirts of Whanganui, Broadview is set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens, with a bird aviary and two sheep in our paddock. With a lovely rural setting, Broadview is just a short drive from the town centre, where you’ll find all the essentials including a pharmacy and library.

We offer everything from physiotherapy to podiatry, speech therapy, SKY TV, and hairdressing. We have a range of recreational activities including happy hour, board games, gardening, indoor bowls and live entertainment. Our facility van is also always on hand for outings.

KEY FEATURES
Villa 17 is located on private village grounds, has a light and spacious interior, and maintenance free, that means , no lawns to mow! The Villa has a full kitchen, separate bathroom, laundry and heat pump for winter comfort, has an open plan lounge and dining flow and two good sized bedrooms. Plus garage.

MONTHLY OUTGOINGS
The monthly village outgoing fee is $700.00. This is a charge payable as a contribution towards the recovery of all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings incurred by us in maintaining, supervising and operating the Village from year to year.
