About Ashbury Heights

Ashbury Heights - in the suburb of Maunu, Whangārei - is a premium lifestyle village, owned by Qestral Corporation, an experienced and well resourced company.

Ashbury Heights is situated on a plateau behind Pompallier College in the peaceful suburb of Maunu. It has wonderful views and is adjacent to expansive residential estates. The village is located 3.4 km from Whangārei Hospital and 5.5 km from the city centre.

Attractive stand-alone houses are offered in a variety of designs, with two or three bedrooms, single or double garages, and private outdoor living areas.

Ashbury Heights has a state-of-the-art resthome and hospital-level care centre, with spacious 25m² and 30m² suites, each with an outside private deck.

There will be a separate, single-level specialised dementia centre with large care suites, all leading to private decks and extensive outside gardens.

Qestral has developed similar quality and expansive villages in Christchurch (Alpine View, Burlington and Banbury Park) and Coastal View in Nelson. It is also soon to develop a major site along the banks of the Waikato River in Hamilton (Broadwater). The directors and management of the company are industry leading operators.
