Description
Waimea Plains will be a retirement community unlike any seen before, where all aspects of how a community lives have been considered in the design. A new concept for retirement communities, Waimea Plains will include an outwardly facing Arvida Centre with a café and retail precinct along with swimming pool, spa and gym that will be open to the public. We are aiming to create a development that is integral to the wider community, one that provides services of value to all retirees in the Richmond area.
