We were planning to go to a smaller home, and seen the Village come up and it fulfilled everything we needed. I enjoy the company of the other villagers and the good things going on over at the community centre. With the great people around us, we can socialize and choose what we attend. The village is safe and secure. We are very happy with our monthly costs, its real value for money there are no hidden or added costs. Its all there and all paid with no worries. Come in while you are still able to enjoy village life. Be practical in your decision making. Elaine Barron I had been in my own home for 45 years and needed to down size. I am very very happy with my Villa. My family was surprised at how spacious my home is. I feel happy and safe. There is always someone dropping in. My new best friend is in her nineties with mischief in her eyes. We keep each other laughing. Lola Stewart I moved to be nearer my family in my old age. I already had a Bupa Medical Alarm and was very happy with the service; it made sense to move to a Bupa Village. I didn't think the prices were unreasonable for what all you get. I really enjoy the company of the other villagers plus the Manager and Gardener really look after me. We have plenty to join in with and we all keep an eye out for each other. I have made many new good friends. Be prepared to have some fun. Home is where you make it and I have made mine here. Diffidently don't leave it to late to move in. Ruby Marshall I moved because of my age and health. I enjoy the company, and I can not fault my Villa, I'm very happy. Move in before it is to late to. Ivan Grant |

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
