Service Description
Service Description
We are a team of skilled and intelligent professionals who take a client-first approach when it comes to elder law. That means we focus on your circumstances and what you want to achieve.

We give legal advice and legal representation on a wide range of matters and to people from all walks of life. Our older clients are a valued and prioritised part of our business, and whether you're living a fast-paced life managing trusts and family and businesses and always on the go, or you're more fond of a cuppa and a quiet afternoon, our services are tailored to suit your needs and goals. We provide a friendly and personal service with the emphasis on your life and your needs.

We cover nearly all areas of law, so whether you're going through a separation or starting a new relationship, whether you want to make a will or a power of attorney, whether you're buying or selling property, managing, creating, or winding up a trust, structuring your assets, going through a family or civil dispute, or concerned about entering residential care or residential care subsidies, we'll be happy to help you out.

We also provide fixed-fee services for wills, enduring powers of attorney, and the sale and purchase of property, as well as no-obligation consultation to see if we are the right fit for you.

We offer services relating to:

- Relationship property;

- Selling or buying property;

- Entering a rest home or residential care;

- Applying for property and welfare guardianship and renewal;

- Asset structuring;

- Trust management, trust creation, winding up trusts;

- Dissolution of marriages; and

- Administering estates, either directly or by advising you on acting as an executor.

We offer executor and trustee services for clients who need them, and advice on who to appoint for those who don't. For wills and powers of attorney our fixed-fee rates are $260 for a single person and $360 for a couple.

We are a friendly, down-to-earth and approachable team. If you have restricted mobility or are in hospital, feel free to give us a call and we can come to you! We understand the stresses and difficulties that come with entering a new phase of your life and we are committed to helping out in any way we can. So whether you're an elderly person looking for a lawyer, or you want one for a friend or a family member, don't hesitate to give us a call or stop by.
