Foxbridge Retirement Village is our new village offering you independence and a sense of belonging. We offer one- and two-bedroom Apartments and Villas, which are warm, light and spacious. The Village offers excellent community facilities that enable you to enjoy your independence while feeling safe in the local village environment.

All our homes are built with high-quality materials, designed to a Homestar 6 rating, so you can enjoy a home that looks great and is comfortable to live in. At Foxbridge Retirement Village our homes are low maintenance, comfortable and perfect for enjoying your retirement years - apartments are available. We currently have no villas available, but please feel free to get in contact and join the waiting list. Please enquire for more information.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
